Objectives of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management [PGDBM] course

The PG Diploma in Business Management programme prepares a learner for a career in the business world. PGDBM is a modular programme. It comprises of eight courses (4 courses in each semester). The learners who will successfully complete PGDBM will be allowed to enroll in the 3rd semester of the MBA Programme of this university. All courses are compulsory and 20% marks in each course shall be for Home Assignment as indicated

The primary aim is to:

1. To provide intensive Theoretical and Practical knowledge of Management
2. To enhance the students' analytical abilities
3. To provide access to a broad base of knowledge in core managerial skills.
4. To develop the essential management skills required to meet and participate in an increasingly international business environment.
5. To build upon the essential core management modules allowing greater emphasis on elective modules of management

Elligibility

3 Years Degree from UGC recognised University.

Candidates having PGDBM from any other recognized university with minimum 32 credits are also eligible to have lateral entry in the 3rd semester of the MBA Programme.
